Hello guys, I have a Monitor Stand Ergotech Freedom Arm FDMHDS01. Currently, I am using Benq GW2270HM monitor on it

Now, I have bought a new monitor Benq EX2510 but it has cut out around the VESA mount and My freedom arm is not getting inside that cut out, though both have 100mm x 100mm VESA mount, it mismatches very slightly with around 1-2mm. If I try to put too much pressure in the monitor VESA cut out then the monitor might get a break

I don't know what should I do, any advice will be of great help

You will need nylon washers or standoffs to make up for the indentation/recess in the back of the new panel.
Thanks for the suggestion, If I use washers or standoffs then I will need longer screws accordingly, I was thinking to scratch the metal of monitor stand (using some tool) from side a bit so that it can fit
