UPDATE: setted ram timings to auto, i no longer have problems when restarting, but i keep having problems for waking up

The title says it all.

When i try to restart the pc from windows or from bios, or when i try to wake it up, fans start running very loudly, and monitor remains black.

Pc works fine when booting it from 0.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

I had this problem , Just go to control panel / hardware and sounds / power options / click on change current settings on what ever your power plan is set to / set turn off display : never and put computer to sleep : never. from now on just shut down your computer when your not using it for a while or just turn off your monitor and come back to it at any time.

yeah, that could be a fast solution, but i would like to be able to use these features

why would you want these features auto turning off the monitor is the same as manualy turning it off. Also Sleep mode is just putting your components in idle until needed which is the same thing as just not using the computer haha.

sometimes i need to go fast, and dont have time to come to the pc, othertimes, i fall asleep with the pc on, etc

Try setting the keeping "Turn off Display" on and keep "put computer to sleep" off. That should turn your monitor off if you fall asleep and if your running on a schedule it will auto turn off. Sleep mode is not a very stable feature in its current situation.

Yes , Update your BOIS to its newest version that supports your CPU and your graphics card. Could be that your BOIS understands the CPU saying turn on but it doesn't know have to tell the GPU.

ok i will try that, not now thought, i never done a bios update, and i know it can be dangerous, since i have to do it manually
