Question Monitor stuck at 100 hz

Hello, I bought a monitor a " VX2716-pc-mhd 27'' 165hz monitor "and I used the display port that came with the box and my refresh rate is capped at 100hz, I tried different solution no one of them seems to work, I tried changing it threw windows/NVidia control panel no one of them is showing different refresh stuck, can even lower it to 60hz or getting it to 165hz. I'm using a 3070ti graphic card so it should me more than capable to run 165hz on 1080p. any idea how to fix this problem?

check display's OSD for options to set it internally first.

There is no option for refresh rate adjustment inside osd, or at least I can't find it
