[SOLVED] Monitor stuck at 60HZ

I recently bought a new monitor MSI G32C4 with a refresh rate 165Hz, but in setting it is stuck at 60Hz and no option to change it.
Graphics card: Radeon RX 5500 XT
Using HDMI cable
Can you help me? Thanks

test with another cable?
exact model of this rx 5500 xt?
use display port instead?

does the pc id the monitor or see it as generic?

Did not try with another cable yet,
it is Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 5500 XT
I will try DP
Pc sees it as generic PnP monitor

monitor spec said hdmi go up to 144. dp go up to 165
