Monitor Stuck in d-Sub and now i cannot see anything!

I was playing around with the settings on my monitor but then i accidentally put it in D-Sub and i now cannot get it out! It just says D-Sub Not connected then just shuts off

You have to select the right input using the buttons. Keep fiddling with it.
