Question Monitor suddenly not working with computer.

I have a setup with two monitors and they have worked perfectly for a few years but suddenly the main monitor stopped being recognized and the computer used my second monitor for everything. I updated my computer and the issue was resolved . Although I bumped into my desk and the main monitor is now now being recognized again but it recognizes the second monitor. I tried updating and checking the cables for the monitor and they are all plugged in. I dont believe it is the monitor itself because it still works and displays my ps5 just fine. Any suggestions?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

As for your platform, have you tried swapping connections from your GPU's output ports, trying different cables in the process?
