Monitor Tinted Red wit Stuck desktop picture on it

So About 1 Hour Ago my monitor flickered and then it started having a small red tint to the right and afer that i noticed that the red tint showed my desktop screen as if it was stuck (it was stuck on steam). and its not because of the graphics card or the cable because when i remove the cable the half thats tinted and stuck and is kind of static stays on the screen. Anybody have a solution?

well, if you already tried using an alternative cable and input on the monitor and the monitor is still acting up. Then you're going to need to contact the manufacturer of the monitor. Sounds like a problem internally with your display.
