Monitor to buy??Cpu cooler?

So, my build is this one :

but i dont know what kind of cpu cooler to add! the Noctis 450 says it has cpu cooler clearance of 180mm!! cant find an 180mm cooler! Must i add an 180mm cooler??
And monitor!! i ended (not sure yet though 100% ) on the AOC E2752VQ! (budget on the monitor)
Please once again ... HELP!!!

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO if on budget.

If you want a fast response time, go ahead.
I personally prefer IPS' colour and viewing angles over fast response time.

If on a budget, get the Dell S2340L.

[Im on a budget for monitor, not cpu cooler hmm ips with same money?? ips arent lower response? in which sector are they better than a tn?

IPS has slower response times, normally 4 -8ms, yet have stellar colour reproduction, better contrast and wide viewing angles.

TN has crap colour and viewing angles yet they have fast reponse at 1-3ms.

Get the Dell S2340L and NZXT X61/Corsair H100i GTX.
