[SOLVED] Monitor to TV Audio Problem with MSI 3090 ?

Hello

I got the new LG TV G1 and connected the PC to it. I still have my Predator monitor connected via DP.

When I move the screen to the TV exclusively, much of my software doesn't have sound. It's random. Games mostly. But if I keep the settings to extended mode, the sound works.

So basically, the sound won't stay on the TV except if both screens are on and the TV is the main screen.

Any tips?

Should be able to set default audio device in Windows playback devices. Set it to your tv and disable monitor. One would be toggled default and other as ready, depending which display is used.

I have tried that. Only selected software does this. So the Monitor is completely plugged out and removed (DDU) and everything is installed back with the TV as main and only display.

Does not work. Can it be some plugin? Maybe some codec?

Windows controls sound for itself and all apps to wherever the sound should go. Don't know the problem sorry because it should be straight forward.
