Question Monitor turn to black screen when enable amd vituar super resolution.

I'm build a new pc recent, everything work fine but when i enable Amd vituar super resolution my monitor turn to black screen and showing nothing (my case working fine, keyboard led is working). I reset my case few time but notthing changed.
My pc spec:
Cpu: Core i3 9100f
Main: asus b365
Ram: kingston hyperx fury 8gb
Vga: asus rx 570
Psu: 550w bronze
Monitor: samsung (my old monitor, i'm use hdmi to vga cable)

Maybe its not supporting the resolution of the monitor try it on another monitor with higher resolution
