[SOLVED] Monitor turning black, windows still working

I recently installed a second monitor, and sometimes it works for weeks with no problems adn then it just doesn't, it goes black 3-4 second after i start it doesn't matter what im doing(games, videos or none) the apps that are on it still run, my mouse still works but i cant see it on the screen (mouse goes on the second screen can do actions but i screen doesnt display it), i tried changing the cable but with no results. Now im just completely lost, any reply will be apreciated.

@AngelBush try connecting to your integrated graphics card and see if it works

try the second monitor as main alone in system where you have the main one plug in and see if it black out if not then had the other monitor as second one in system .
