Monitor turning colors randomly

About 1 or 2 times a day my monitor turns a tan color forcing me to restart my computer although I can still hear music and sounds. I have a Qnix QX2710LED that is not currently overclocked although I did use CRU for about 4 months at about 80hz. The weird part with the issue though is it doesnt happen when im playing games like bf4 or metro etc instead it happens when im just browsing Reddit or on youtube which makes me think it isnt a gpu issue. http://imgur.com/upNHlwR

Take a screenshot (PrtScr), CTRL + V in Paint- and upload it. If we can see it too, it's your GPU, if not- it's your monitor.

If I have to restart my computer will print screen work? Or will it not still be saved after I restart.
