Question Monitor turning off and back on

I’ve tried just about everything to fix this. Both monitors are using DisplayPort, the screens are duplicated I’ve tried switching the two cords around and the Samsung monitor still goes black then back on. If anyone could help me that would be amazing!

Manually download the GPU drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.
