Monitor Turns Green and PC Locks Up CONSTANTLY

First of all, here are my specs:

Case: Cooler Master HAF X
CPU: Intel i5 4460 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2 GHz
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 390 8gb GDDR5
Mobo: ASUS ROG Maximus VII Hero
PSU: EVGA Supernova 750W
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
RAM: Team Elite Plus 8gb (2 x 4gb) DDR3
OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit

This PC is less than a month old, so this is quite frustrating. I can be gaming, surfing the web, writing a report, or just staring at the screen doing nothing and my screen will turn green and whatever sound that was playing will turn into a nasty buzz. I have to do a hard reset everytime. The timing is weird, it can happen 5-10 minutes into a computer session, or it can happen 4 hours into a computer session. Does anyone know what this could be?

My GPU runs around 25-35c idle depending on room temperature and sometimes gets up to 50-60c under load.

Try a different version of your graphics drivers, it seems to be an issue with the driver.
