Hello,

I've been busy trying to get my monitor to work after it kept doing weird things.
When active and under load (e.g: a fast motion game) the monitor turns off after 5 to 15 minutes, which isn't the thing it's supposed to be doing.
My other monitor I'm using is working fine without the issue, so I'm assuming it's not a problem on the GPU's side.

The monitor is a iiyama b2274hds.
And my GPU is the MSI GTX 960 4gb which I installed 2 weeks ago.

There's no strange GPU activity either, it always stays below 60c (even under load).

The way to turn it on again is to restart my PC and pull out the cable (from the monitor) out for about 30 seconds, then I plug it in again and it then works again till it dies again after ~10 minutes.

Hi,

Test the monitor on another computer.

If gpu/cpu temps are fine. You probably have problems with PSU.
I am suspecting that because you installed the 960, witch probably needs more power thant the other card you had before.

Could also be the drivers causing problems, did you have a AMD card before ?

I've had the same problem on another computer, the PSU is 650w and according to this website (http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine), everything should be fine, as it tells me I'm only using about 400w out of that 650w. I've got no clue how PSU's work so correct me if I'm wrong.

This is a clean install of Windows 8.1 and I did uninstall the drivers of my previous AMD card.
