Monitor turns off and GPU fans go to 100%

Yesterday my computer would shut down randomly while playing a game. Today, it was working fine until my monitor turned off and the GPU fans go to 100%. GPU temps seem fine when this happens, around 55C to 60 C, but my GPU usage is up around 90%. Last week while playing to same game, PUBG, my GPU usage stayed around 60%.

Most common things that cause this, bad video card or power supply. Test the card in another system with a known good PSU and see if it does the same thing, or another card in yours with the same power draw.
