Question Monitor turns off and wont turn back on but pc stays the same pls help

So I recently bought an rx 6650 xt because my older R9 furyx would have the monitor turn off when just playing games randomly and even web browsing I have not had the same issue for a while until now its the same issue im wondering if its the PSU since the r9 draws more watts but everytime I restart my pc so i can get a picture again my gpu isnt recognized and i have to reinstall drivers (on both gpus this happened) im also hearing usb connect and disconnect sounds when i move my mouse to much im wondering if the psu isnt supply my usb ports enough power aswell or its just my mouse or something any advice would be really apreciated

Thermaltake smart 700W its a pretty cheap psu id not be suprised if it died had it for like about a year now

because the R9 furyx is quite a heavy card, that's why I asked you, if you have any other power supply, try it before buying a new one

Im currently using the 6650xt my r9 furyx is put away but il try to test another psu

my only extra psu is a 50/50 on being dead is it worth a shot on testing it? or should i not risk any other components

put only the 6650 and the main hard disk, anything else that draws power, don't connect it and try
