Solution J J jay32267 Feb 22, 2018 Ah....perhaps there is an issue with the RAM and that's causing it to pause while booting and giving you no display for brief time. You may want to make sure that Windows is recognizing all of your RAM. Or you could use memtest. https://www.memtest86.com/

It could just be that during this part of the start-up the graphics circuitry isn't sending a signal. If it's not causing you a problem I wouldn't do anything. Upvote 0 Downvote
