I have tried many things: Reinstalling Windows, updating drivers, using older drivers for gpu, updating MB and GPU Bios, lowering GPU clock speed. Nothing helps!
By reinstalling windows, you mean by literally downloading the windows media creation tool, running it and choosing to install it on a USB. Then booting from that usb? Because if you didnt do exactly that. You didnt do a full wipe of windows, which means that miner could be hiding somewhere and laughing in your face right now as it eats your GPU processing power like Guy Fieri eating a hamburger...

So today i did a test. I've connected my PC to my 4k Samsung TV and did FurMark test with toggling on/off that hairy donut.
No crashes for the first 5 minutes. Wow! Maybe it was a broken DVI port or a cable i thought. But then first crush happened and then they became more and more frequently.
No idea what is happening!
