[SOLVED] Monitor turns off randomly and says no signal.

So for a year my pc has been working fine, but then a few days ago my monitor just turns off after about 3 hours and says "No signal detected" and doesn't turn on until i restart it. Also my PC sometimes completely turns off aswell so I'm very confused. Any fix?

CPU - AMD A6-3670
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 6570
PSU - VS350
Motherboard - ASUSTeK F1A55-M LE

I found out my pc turns off when i watch a discord video after a few hours on the pc. Not sure why the monitor is acting up

check gpu temp? if the temp is fine, it could be the psu
