Question Monitor turns off randomly

Hello guys, i'm sorry for disturbing your sleep but i have a Issue, i just bought a GTX 1050 TI OC version 4gb DDR5 and my CPU is a i5 3450, the problem is my monitor turns off randomly while playing games but my pc keeps running, only the image on the Desktop will stop working until i turn the PC manually off, i have a 230V Power supply and i did some researches on Google, it says its enough for i5 3450 and GTX 1050 TI since it will use only around 150Watts together. PLEASE HELP!

The PC parts are kinda old like 5 years old, i had the oportunity to get it for 160Euro and running games in Medium Graphics 80FPS and i want to upgrade it to better.
