Question Monitor turns on/off on startup

So recently my monitor/system developed a problem. I have 2 monitors and on startup when i turn on the monitors they turn on, stay on for a second and then turn off (the lights on the power buttons are blue and the windows notification sound plays) Then i have to turn on/off the monitor about 10-30 times for it to stay on. Would this be an issue with the GPU drivers or the actual hardware? Thanks in advance!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. Include the BIOS version for your motherboard as well.
