I am a gamer and a programmer and I have been using 1080p 60HZ monitor since I have spawned on this planet. I'm looking to buy a decent gaming monitor under 30K INR or $$400 with sweet spot specs IPS / VA 1440p@144Hz 1Ms to 4Ms (GTG) response times. 8-10 Bit, FreeSync / Gsync Compatible. I game for fun mostly AAA titles and some times DOTA , NFS, FPS Shooters like COD. I do have a 4K TV but it's not suitable as dual monitor setup for work.

So far I have heard you can't have gsync and HDR together on monitors with DP1.2 and HDMI 2.0. Either one is doable.

I have only few options and most of them are mediocre, because I live in India and here supply chain of monitors dis poor. (No ViewSonic/Pixio). Options I have are (Based on My Research):

#1 Acer XV272U: https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07SHPJJZR/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ARTB0UJSIZQT0&psc=1 Price: 26K INR or $357

#2 MSI OPTIX G27CQ4 27″ https://compify.in/product/msi-optix-g27cq4-27-inch-1440p-165hz-1ms-curved-gaming-monitor/ Price 28K or $377

#4 BenQ EX2780Q: https://compify.in/product/benq-ex2780q/ Price 34K or $467

#5 ASUS VG27AQ https://compify.in/product/asus-tuf-gaming-vg27aq-gaming-monitor/ Price 34K or $467

Acer is the one that fits in budget. I'm not sure spending extra $100 - 120 on Asus or BenQ Monitors for same specs ?

I'd go with either one of those listed above, honestly, though I'm concerned about the make and model of your GPU and if it's capable of driving the panel you're looking for at those refresh rates since we come across multiple threads where OP think just getting a fancy monitor without a fancy card will make things go fast(like racing stripes on a car).

Display port will get you 165Hz, while HDMI will get you 144Hz.

I have 1660 Super and 3700X right now but will switch to a 3080 or greater whenever I will get a lucky purchase.
