Monitor under 500$

What's the best gaming monitor under 500$ to pair it with a 1080Ti?

This one is a pretty good gaming monitor.

27", 1440p, 144hz, 1ms response. Price is $445

This one has about the same features and specs but is 50 bucks more.

Both are TN panels, which is how they get the 1ms response and the rest of the features for 500.
I think both these monitors are "too close to call". Both are very nice. I would pick the dell and save the $50 bucks.
