Hello, I would like to know advices from some people who are willing to share their opinion and recommendation from my state of upgrading my monitor.

my maximum budget is around 120$ and I'd like to spend that money on a 144hz and only 1920x1080p with freesync monitor if that is possible. I could go 75hz too that it makes less expensive.

Specs are on my signature for extra information.

(I'm about to break my chains from my 720p 60hz tv monitor that I'm using in the meantime)

Solution
144hz is going to be above your budget but a good 1080P/75hz/Freesync will be in your budget. Plus if you can get IPS or VA panel the colors will look much better then a TN panel.

Few dollars over but if possible I'd get this.

PCPartPicker Part List

Monitor: LG 24MP59G-P 23.8" 1920x1080 75 Hz Monitor ($123.31 @ Amazon)
Total: $123.31

With the 2600/16gb @3000 & a RX 5700 XT you'll easily be able to max out games at 1080P/75hz so no worries.

HKC NB24C+ 24" 144hz Curved Gaming Monitor
http://www.hkcelec.com/product_detail.asp?id=1117

I have found this Monitor with a price of $132 (converted from php)
and it is 144hz, 1080p, Curved, and with Freesync, my ideal monitor.

I don't know much about IPS or VA panels on monitor, does it make a huge impact when compared to other monitors without that kind of spec?

still I appreciate your answer and still I'm grateful. :)
