Im planning to get a 1440p monitor and use my current monitor as the second monitor, and my question is will my overclocked to 1.3ghz RX570at least handle games in 1440i @60fps. (I repeat not progressive scan its interlaced scan)
Even at 1.3GHz a RX570 will still be slower than a RX580. The 580 with the 1060 6GB were for gaming at 1080p Ultra settings at 60FPS. They can play games at 1440p but you won't hit 60FPS at Ultra settings, instead you will need medium settings. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/amd-radeon-rx-580-review,5020.html That review is from 2017 so if you are playing games found in that review or older games it will be easier. However, newer games will generally stress the GPU more so the FPS will be lower. Here is the review for the RX5600XT from a couple months ago. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/amd-radeon-rx_5600_xt/3 That review uses newer games in the benchmark...But i got a overclocked rx570, not a stock rx570.
A stock RX570 can't even do a stead 60fps at 1080p. https://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/2525 It will be able to do 1440p (Why do you want to try interlaced? That hasn't been a thing for computer monitors in like 20 years) maybe around 30 fps on low settings.Im planning to get a 1440p monitor and use my current monitor as the second monitor, and my question is will my overclocked to 1.3ghz RX570at least handle games in 1440i @60fps.
