Monitor vs TV refresh rate and mirror dilemma

So I have my PC monitor and a TV that I mirror the desktop too. I used to run everything at 1080p 60fps but that time for PC monitors has passed...

So if I buy a new hdr 4k 144hz blah blah blah... how can I locally in my house stream the output from the new monitor to the tv. I don't need recording, I am simply trying to do it real time, like a preview...

Or does anyone else have a better idea?

Is the TV in the same room?
If so, just plug it with HDMI.

I have a Vizio 70" that I run at 120Hz from my desktop.

Nvidia and AMD both have streaming and broadcast built into their drivers. If your TV has apps you might be able to simply go to your live broadcast. That seems a bit much but would work.
Or
Local streaming using Steam Streams, or NVidia Shield.

It should be possible.
