Monitor Won't Maintain Resolution

So my secondary monitor is 1280x800 and perfect. But it seems every time I restart or turn off my Pc it boots back up 1280x800 but i have black bars surrounding it. Sometimes if i turn my computer on and off multiple times it will fix it self but its been happening ever since i got this new computer. Im positive its not the graphics card because its the same one I used in the old rig cause i couldn't afford a new one. If it matters the graphics card is a EVGA GtX 660 SC 2Gb. Any help will be awesome. I have upgrade all my drivers to the new ones on every part in my system. Im at a loss on what to do.

Try Re-Installing Drivers And Also Try Upgrading To Latest Drivers
