Question Monitor won't post

Hey folks. I've looked at all the other posts about monitors not showing an image. But my problem seems a bit different.
I played for a good 3 hours yesterday and had no problem whatsoever. But today everything starts up. Rgb, gpu spins. Keyboard and mouse lights up, but my monitor stays black. Won't even get me to bios.
The monitor has power and I've checked all cables.
Any ideas?

What RAM have you got?

Take all sticks out and keep one in the 4th DIMM slot, then you should be able to load into bios

If its 2 sticks put one in DIMM 4 and the same if you've got a 4 stick kit
