Monitor Wont Power On. No signs of power to Monitor.

Been looking for a thread to troubleshoot a monitor but most I get is suggestions to swap to another computer or swap monitors.

The problem is the monitor. There are no signs of power to it when the power button is pressed. No LEDs lite up on the monitor. Its a HannsG 27.5in. Using a known good power cable and electric outlet. No signs of smoke or smell from the monitor. I want to open it up and have a look but was hoping for some guidance prior. Its no longer under warranty.
