So i have 2x4 gb's hyperx ram sticks (i'm new to the computer stuff). When i have one stick in the slot closest to cpu my monitor responds just fine. But when I have it in the other slot my monitor wont respond, or when both slots filled! Please Help!

This behaviour sometimes happens when the cpu cooler puts too much pressure on one side of the cpu.Can you check if al pins are pressed down evenly? I assume you use the stock cooler.

Your ram is running not at the rated speed. Can you check in the bios under the "OC menu" -> "DRAM Frequency" [Auto] ,that if when clicking "[Auto]" you can change that to XMP?

You have the latest bios? = "Version H.5" from 2015-04-15 .If you open hwinfo32 again and don't close the "system summary" can you check there which bios you have.Look at the left bottom quarter.

Which motherboard? What other parts as well like cpu and ram (partnr=look with cpu-z->spd tab)

Can do the next as well,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "short text report",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons
