Monitor won't start

I had my pc running for the whole night with my monitor turned off, but when I woke up and tried to turn it on it said no signal... So I tried to restart it and I heard windows start and the monitor turned on with the computer but still no signal

Try removing the graphics card and testing the onboard (if available). Test also different cable/monitor.
