Hello.
I am using a Samsung monitor called s24f350fhm, and for some reason, when I turned on my computer this morning, everything looked fine, until after the windows logo shows, then the monitor will go into some kind of "sleep mode", like what happens when you are not touching the computer for some time. And it just won't turn on!
So I tried starting in safe mode, and the monitor lit up!
Then when I tried normal mode again, the same problem occurred...
Does anyone know what to do?
I have tried most tips I have found online, including restoring the computer to the state it was yesterday, updating my graphics card driver to the latest version (I have an Nvidia geforce gt 740), disabling all programs that start automatically, to test if there is something corrupt, and changing the monitor.
The only thing that worked so far, is to disable the graphics card. But then I couldn't play games...
I hope you can help me.
By the way I am not really good with all of the technological terms, and my native language is not English, so I'm sorry if I won't understand something 😛.
