I recently moved my computer around and when I connected one of them it wont turn on anymore. The computer will start and go past the IBM start up page directly to a black screen that says Windows didn't start correctly. When I select start windows normally it loops back to the IBM start up screen and the monitor turns off and then on again.I have tried to start in safe mode and it runs a few pages of code and freezes..I have verified that the power cord and the cord that connects monitor to the computer are tight and even tried another set of cords. nothing will work

Check CPU temperature in BIOS to see if there might be obvious signs of the CPU HSF getting knocked loose in the process. If that is your problem, you should see temperatures over 60C simply sitting there in BIOS instead of the more typical 40C.

If that is not it, you might want to open your PC and re-seat some of the major components that may have been shaken a loose like the GPU.

Since it sounds like your computer is boot-looping, the next suspect would be the PSU - your PSU may have already been on its last leg before the move and simply decided to quit working now.
