I have a brand new

Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW2725Q

But the monitor wont turn on at all not even getting the Alienware lights is the monitor dead or is the power supply not enough

I have a 650watt high end evga power supply with a new rtx 5070ti

It requires 3 plugs but my psu only has 2

I also bought a high end 850watt psu was hoping I wouldn't need any idea why monitor wont turn on at all iv tried both computer screen plugs an graphics card plug
Update
One monitor boots the other does not

Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW2725Q

Doesn't do anything at all any ideas

Both monitor an gpu are new

Your PC's power supply has nothing to do with your monitor. The monitor has its own power supply. You need to make sure it's plugged in and press the "power button" on the monitor. If everything is plugged in but you still don't see any signs of power, then either the monitor or its power block has a problem.

P. S. You should use punctuation. It would make your posts much easier to read and understand.
