Hello out there. Your help would be much appreciated. I am trying to do the research for my wife the graphic designer. Who's old La Cie has finally given up. We have a budget of around $500 She uses the machine for graphic design, so color accuracy and font clarity is her main concern. This task has become a little daunting and to get the right one is so important for us. She spends hours and hours in front of it. She would like it to be around 27''. Once again Thanks

Well for color accuracy you need an IPS panel. They are not cheap.

a 27" IPS panel runs about $1000

With a $500 budget you will likely only be able to get a 24in model.

So your other options are to spend more for a larger IPS, or sacrifice color accuracy for a larger TN panel.
