Hello
My specs are Intel Dual Core E2180 @ 2.0 GHz, Asus P5G41T-ML X motherboard, 4GB Ram DDR3, Nvidia GTX 460 SE 1 GB DDR5 and a Samsung LCD Sync Master 733 NM with a max resolution of 1440x900. I have no problem running crysis 2 and dues ex human revolution in high graphics quality. Now I want to replace my monitor with a Samsung LED HD monitor for HD gaming and movies. My query is that do I have to upgrade my processor to enjoy HD gaming and movies or my graphics card will be enough to carry the load?

You should be fine going to 1920x1080 without having to adjust your graphics setting much, if at all.
