Hi Guys

My rig -

Intel i5-4460K
AS ROCK Z97
Geforce GTX 980
16GB RAM

Will this enough to run Witcher 3 on Ultra(60fps or higher)?

Plz recommend any decent software that monitors the fps and GPU temp/usage?

Many thanks in advance

Benzi

Rivatuner lets you see all your stats and temperatures at once.

http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/rivatuner.html

It's a bit hard to set up, though.

Then there's Open Hardware Monitor

http://openhardwaremonitor.org/

It displays the temperature and usage of your computer in percentages. (But not in game.)

That set up will be more than enough to play Witcher 3 at 60fps on 1080p.

However, if you move to 4k resolutions it may lower in frame rate just a bit.

You could also try FRAPS to monitoring your framerate and recording video.

or Nvidia's Shadowplay...

I like msi afterburner, as it lets you customize fan profile while also monitoring fps, temps for the cpu and gpu and memory usage while you game.

Hello

Regarding my rig, do you think I can play in higher fps? Is it higher the refresh rate, the better/smoother graphics?

Thank you for your time & support!

Hello

I have tried MSI Afterburn, but I couldn't request the figures appear on the screen in game. Perhaps I still don't understand the configuration after following some online tutorial.

Yes, absolutely. The GTX 980 is a monster. And that i5-4460k is a great CPU. 16 GBs of RAM is waaay more than enough for gaming. Even at 4k.

You should be golden.
