Monitors capable of Motion Interpolation/Soap Opera Effect?

I think games look great with the soap opera effect but in not seeing anything about motion interpolation on any of the sites I check. Anyone know some inexpensive screens that do this?

Motion interpolation is really more of a TV thing - they (TVs) uprate 24 or 30 FPS video to 60 FPS by adding intermediate frames.

Mostly, computer monitors are already driven at 60 FPS/Hz.
