Solution D D DeauteratedDog Apr 11, 2016 Motion interpolation is really more of a TV thing - they (TVs) uprate 24 or 30 FPS video to 60 FPS by adding intermediate frames. Mostly, computer monitors are already driven at 60 FPS/Hz.
