[SOLVED] Monitors cutting signal while mid-game

My PC Specs:
CPU - Intel Xeon E5-1620 v2 3.7 GHz
GPU - GeForce GTX 1070
RAM - 16 GB
Model - Dell Precision T3610

So if I try and play rocket league and listen to music, I will be able to play for about an hour, and then all of a sudden my game will freeze and then my monitors go all black and go into standby mode. The weird part is that I can still hear my music for like 10 seconds after my monitors go black, and then the whole system freezes and needs a hard restart.

I know for a fact that this isn't a heat issue, because I purchased a very large fan and took the faceplate off of the side of my pc and have the fan cooling down the entire inside of the pc.

However, if I play a game that is easier on the specs like league of legends, I can play as long as i'd like and never have any issues. It's only when I play anything more intense that I see this issue.
Any ideas?
I didn't build my pc, and don't know a lot about the components. Any help is appreciated.
I originally bought the pc with a different gpu and then swapped it out for the 1070.
