Hello everyone;

I discovered this website searching for a solution for a problem that my system start displaying few days ago. This is my first post and I hope i ma doing it correctly. I am desperate to find a solution!

I am running a windows vista 32 on Intel Core i7 920, with Nivedia GTX295 graphic card connected to two Samsung SyncMaster 943bwx monitors.

In the last week, every FIRST boot in the morning, after that system had a good few hours cooling time, the monitors will not turn on, and window will normally boot into darkness (i can hear the opening music that windows had start running).

After awhile, between 15sec to 5min the monitors will magically start lit up and than all works as normal. I can reboot with no problems i can shut down for a short time and reboot with no problems.

it is only the first boot that goes blank.!!

i have tried replacing the monitors (i have 2 extra) and it did not solve the problem.... suggesting a graphic card issue. However, when i go to the shop they cant find anything wrong with the card, all their test/benchmarking programs shows nothing out of the ordinary.

I am puzzled. did anyone ever experienced such symptoms? I would appreciate any help or suggestion on how about i go to solve this issue!

thanks

It's possible that there's something wrong with your power supply, with it not providing enough power for your card to work properly, only doing so after it's "warmed up".
