Monitors flickering on and off

I have two monitors. One a 144hz connected by a dp connection and a 60hz on an hdmi. After about a couple weeks using them I noticed that a lot of flickering would happen when I'd watch hulu or Netflix mainly on my 144hz. Now it happens just about on anything randomly and I only want to use one monitor at this point. Any solutions?

Look, "We" as the community need much more information. So I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have taken? Is this a laptop, from experience on docking stations I have seen multiple problems with various combinations of cables...even on my own desktop system where one monitor would not sleep but the other would. So? If you need help provide information please, the more details the better, what you have tried if anything, computer system, graphics card............. you figure out the rest.
