guys what is the difference between if i bought a 144 hz monitor to csgo or 240 hz monitor to csgo? please help.

The higher the response rate (hz) the smoother the experience. Note that if you want to get a 144 hz monitor you need atleast 144 fps to notice the difference.

You really dont need a 144 hz monitor unless youre really dedicated and are going for the higher ranks like supreme and global, but even then I have friends that reached them with the standard 60 hz.

Well i am getting a radeon r9 380 4gb and i think 144 hz will not be enough?

You're not going to be able to discern a difference between 144hz and anything higher.
