[SOLVED] Monitors go black and chrome freezes whilst gaming for a second or two

I've been experiencing this issue for a while now its not very rare and never really bothered me much tbh.

However I figured I should sort it out before any thing corrupts or goes bang.

This is my issue but explained in a timeline almost;

After gaming on pc for 5+ minutes,
Both monitors display black screen
Couple seconds pass
Screens come back
game very laggy for a few seconds
chrome frozen image but audio continues to play but can't control it

Is it likely to be a hardware or software issue,
Windows 11 running on the latest update
Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 1060 so a good pc and shouldn't really have any issues
Only thing in my pc that is a bit dodgy is the psu is a few years old and is a Novatech brand (uk tech retailer)

Download CPUID HWMonitor and check the voltages as you use the computer. HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID Post them up if you like.
