Monitors go black when reaching a certain point in Far Cry 5

I have a quick question.

Every time I play FAR CRY 5 everything works just fine, Until I get to a certain point in the game.
Basically what happens is, you need to jump off a building for a quest, but the MOMENT I leap off the building, my monitors go black and they wont receive any signals.
People can still hear me talking through my mic but I cannot hear them or the games sound.
Basically everytime I get to this point my screen just goes black and I get no signal.
I have to hard restart my pc in order to get an image again.

This ONLY happens when reaching that point in the game and nowhere else.
