Question Monitors going black after "alt tabbing"

Hello!
So i recently bought new monitor to replace the old one ( I have 2 same monitors) and when i "alt tab" in a fullscreen game, both monitors go black for 3 sec, this wasnt happening when i had my old monitor, can someone explain me how can i fix that?

run the games in fullscreen windowed mode,not full screen.Try that

I know that it works but as it goes for FPS games like R6 i cant afford to lose fps and 75HZ for 60.

BTW i fixed the fact that 2 monitors were turning of now its only one and i want to know why.
