monitors hdmi port not working

My monitors hdmi port is not working. I know its not a pc problem because it does not pic up any other device either (all using diffrent hdmi leads) it only has on port so i switch three hdmi ports out all the time. Is the monitor dead or is it this fixable? its showing no signal and when i first plug in either hdmi lead it trys retreiving data and then just cuts to no signal. its a hannspree monitor would not be able to tell you what model. i have a spare monitor and that one is picking up all devices.

does the monitor use a power adapter or a regular power cord like your desktop uses? that question will tell me if your monitor has 1 or 2 circuit boards in it.

it uses the same power cord as a ps4. id say a reg power cord.

then it has 2 boards in it, a video controller & a power board. how old is the monitor?
