Monitor: Pixio PXC243 24" 1080p 144Hz

To start, when I bought my monitor it started having this issue where the control buttons on the back were stuck clicking left, which is the "Volume Down" button. I played around with it for a while and could move it to the hairline in which it didn't click. After some time, it started doing this thing where it would go down a few volume notches, stop, and then continue at random paces, so I knew it was something internal.

Fast forward to recently, I held down the "Right Button" and this random blue screen popped up. I contacted support and they had never seen it either, so it must be some kind of developer menu or some "Monitor Information" screen. At first I was able to still click through the menu and factory reset the monitor, making it disappear for about an hour. It is not to the point where it is just stuck there, and I'm unable to click around, use the control buttons, or even use the d**m thing. Sorry for the essay, but it is annoying and I really want to save sending it back for repairs or anything, especially considering the model was discontinued and It will only be a hassle shipping. Thank you!
