Monitors keep blinking

So im trying to setup 2 monitor both work for like 2 mins then they keep blinking till I disconnect one of them
Is there a solution for that?

You need to provide hardware and software specs.

E.g., make and models, OS, computer components (Motherboard, CPU, GPU, Memory, drives, PSU, peripherals,etc..)

Any error messages, pop up windows, system beeps?
