Monitors looses signal sound still on and fans go to full speed

Hi all!

I have experienced some weird problems with my computer the last few days.

While playing games on my computer my monitors loose the signal. While my computer sets the fans to full speed, yet the sound of the game is still playing in the background?

What could be the problem?

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit

Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz

16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 670MHz

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8Z77-V LX

3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

Coolermaster GX 650 W

All temperatures seem normal,
low 30 Degrees Celsius idle
and about 60-70 during gaming on high settings.

(Have tried removing dust from the computer, installing latest drivers and running anti virus')

Well, since noone answered in here, i tried everything myself that could work.

Ended up trying at new PSU and that worked instantly.
No need to change GPU or anything else.

I had a 650W psu before, tried with a 500W and that worked instantly!
